If you need to return your purchase, please contact us first and view the information below.
Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items – A claim must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the distributor’s part are covered at their expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the distribution facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.
Unclaimed Package – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the distribution facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Refunds & Exchanges – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered on a case by case basis. If the product you ordered is misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will discuss your return and replacement options.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language,
regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
